To build a firm foundation in the fundamental principles of faith in God and His Word. Emphasis is a growing faith in wisdom and balance.

Principles of Faith has a 3 credit hour value.

To learn various methods of Bible study, including the biographical and historical methods of interpretation. The emphasis will be on the various study aids, including the Strong's Concordance and other resources. These aids will be examined as toold in sermon and teaching development.

Bible Interpretation has a 6 credit hour value.

A study of the books of the Old Testament. An overview of each book, the main thought and central theme of eache book willbe considered. An understanding of the central message of each Old Testament book will be emphasized. Important objectives would include knowing author of each book, reason for writing, recipients of the book and the problems or difficulties each book deals with.

Old Testament Survey has a 6 credit-hour value.

A study of the twenty-seven (27) books of the New Testament providing an overview of each book, the main thought and the central theme of each book. An understanding of the central message of each New Testament book will be emphasized. Important objectives would include knowing the author of each book, the reason for writing, the recipients of the book and the problems or difficulties each book addresses.

New Testament Survey has a 6-credit-hour value.

The focus of this course is to provide an outline of the life and teachings of Jesus Christ and survey of the order of events of His earthly ministry.

Life & Teachings of Christ has a 6-credit hour value.

This course is designed to study the origin of the Christian church, its birth and development deom the day of Pentecost through modern times. A continuing view of the church in modern times will look at specific individuals of importance to the church, revivals of th 20th century, and the charismatic movement,

This course is designed to examine the ideal Biblical pattern of leadership and government of the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Special attention will be given to understanding the responsibilities of each office in the church government and how the misuse of terms has changed God's plan into man's plan.

Church Government has a 6 credit hour value.

To discover the New Testament pattern for evangelism by preparing a personal testimony and an effective Gospel presentation. developing an understanding of the Biblical meaning of discipleship (a disciple under discipline).

A biblical study of healing in the atonement with an examination of the healing minsitry of Jesus and practical applications for healing today.

A study of the writings and revelations of Paul to the church, revealing the Church's position in Christ. The important elements of each letter including the author, date of writing, problems and main message of each will be considered.

A study of the book of Hebrews with an emphasis on the "superiority of Christ" and His high priestly work: to gain an understanding that God relates through covenants with His people.

Hebrews (Covenant Theology) has a 3 credit-hour value.

The primary focus of this course is to provide an introductory study and understanding of the prophetic ministry as a voice of revelataion and illumination as established by God. Discussion will be considered to how this gift is applicable to the church today by examining the biblibal pattern of its operation.

Biblical Prophecy has a 3-credit hour value.

A general survey of Bible doctrine dealing with five of the ten major areas of systematic theology including Bibliology, Theology, Anthropology, Hamartiology, and Soteriology. An introduction of the important basics of systematic thrology is the focus of this course.

Bible Doctrines I has a 3 credit hour value.

This is a continuation of Bible Doctrines I and a general survey of Bible doctrine with five of the ten major areas of systematic theology including Pneumatology, Christology, Ecclesiology, Angelology and Eschatology.

Bible Doctrines II has a 3 credit hour value.

A study of the first five books of the Bible giving special emphasis to the creation, the fall, and the flood. The Law in history is treated through the Mosaic period.

Pentateuch has a 3 credit hour value.

This course will help the student to know and understand the Third Person of the Trinity as to 1) who He is, 2) how He works, and 3) the gifts the He provides the believer. An emphasis is not placed on receivinb more of him, but the individual giving more to Him to become a more useful vessel at His disposal.

The Person and Work od the Holy Spirit has a 3 credit hour value.

This course is designed to acquaint the student with practical principles of preaching and teaching. The focus of this class is two-fold: (1) the preparation of the sermon outline; and (2) the delivery of the sermon through verbal and nonverbal communication, followed by classroom demonstrations and evalutions of each student's presentation.

Homiletics has a 6 credit hour value.

This course is designed to teach the student to understand the principles and purpose of prayer as outlined in the Bible, to teach the different kinds of prayer and their functions in our daily life, and ot learn to pray, seeking god on a daily basis.

"Principles of Prayer" has a 3 credit hour value.

The most powerful docttrinal book of th eNew Testament will be examined with emphasis on the doctrines of salvation and man. Practical application to Christianity is emphasized.

Romans has a 3 credit hour value.

This is a comprehensive, key verse study into I and II timothy and Titus; an emphasis will look into the qualifications for New Testament ministry in light of the relevance of those books for today's church.

Pastoral Epistles has a3 credit hour value.
